At Ancillary, we believe in building a community rooted in trust, collaboration, and quality. Sharing resources, opportunities, and expertise is encouraged. Soliciting is not.

What counts as solicitation?
Solicitation is defined as targeting members of the Ancillary network for the primary purpose of selling — without an established relationship or genuine exchange.

There is to be absolutely no solicitation within the Network or between members outside of Ancillary, including:

• Researching email addresses of members and targeting them for an offer

• Using other social media to target members for an offer

Violation of the Solicitation Policy will result in possible removal from the Network. If you feel a member has violated our Solicitation Policy, please email ava@ancillary.cc.

Respect is the baseline here. Every member deserves a safe, professional space to share and connect.

If you are asked to stop any inappropriate or harassing behavior, you are expected to do so immediately.

Failure to comply may result in action by the Ancillary team, including:

• Removal of posts or messages.

• Suspension or removal from the network.

In serious cases, notifying members or relevant parties to preserve community safety.

Ancillary was built differently: curated, intentional, and human-first. These guidelines help us protect what makes this network valuable — a community of best-in-class creatives and clients who know their worth, and respect the worth of others.

Ancillary is committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and harassment-free experience for every member.

We welcome all creatives and clients, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion. Harassment in any form is not tolerated here.

This policy applies across all Ancillary spaces — digital and in-person. Any violation may result in action at the discretion of the Ancillary team, including suspension or removal from the network.

Some areas of the network may carry additional guidelines, which will be clearly communicated. Members are responsible for reviewing and adhering to these to ensure the integrity and inclusivity of our community.
